The bench in five timed steps › what is stored

Records held at 192A Broadway · and what this website does not hold

What sits on the shelf at the bench, and what this site keeps about you

This website

Every page here is a file. There is no application behind it, no database it reads from and no account you can hold on it. Nothing on this site sets a cookie, so there is no cookie list to publish; a page that sets none does not need a table explaining the ones it would have set. No analytics or measurement script is loaded, and no identifier is written to your browser’s storage by anything on these pages.

One request does leave your browser for somewhere other than this domain, and it is worth naming rather than burying: the two typefaces used here are fetched from Google’s font service, so loading any page contacts fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. That is the whole of the third-party contact on this site. There is no map service, no video player, no chat widget, no social embed and no advertising tag, and the drawings on these pages — the parcel on the bench, the cutoff ring, the carton diagram and the Didcot plan — are vector markup inside the page precisely so that nothing has to be fetched to show them.

The two tools on the front page

The cutoff checker and the volumetric weight sheet run entirely in the page you are reading. The figures you type are held in the form fields and nowhere else: they are not sent anywhere, not written to storage, and they are gone the moment the page is reloaded or closed. Both print their arithmetic on screen so you can check the sums rather than trust them, and both are working aids rather than quotations — the cutoff is whatever the collection is actually set for, and the divisor is whatever the paperwork says.

There is no form here

This site collects nothing because it asks for nothing.

The only way to reach the company from these pages is the address in the footer, returns@rabexa.store, and that link simply opens whatever mail program your device uses. Nothing is submitted through this site; an email you choose to send arrives as an email and is held as correspondence.

What the office keeps

The bench runs on paper, described step by step in what each step produces and, inbound, in the returns route. Those sheets are the records this office actually holds, and the table below is what each one is and the point at which it stops being live. Where a retention period is set by a statutory requirement that applies to the record, that requirement decides it; no figure is invented here to look definite.

Records held at 192A Broadway, Didcot
RecordWhat it isHeld
Cut pick list The single printed sheet for a run, in shelf order, with line and unit counts. While the run is open; filed with the run once the handover sheet is signed.
Marked sheet The same sheet after the walk, with ticks, shortfalls and the read-back initials. Filed with the run and kept as the account of what was counted into each carton.
Label copy The routing line and measured dimensions as printed on the parcel face. Filed with the run. Consignee lines are never reproduced on this website.
Handover sheet The signed count taken at the collection door, in label order. Closed when signed; an open sheet stays open until the staged run goes.
Inbound line and photograph The booking-in entry and the image of the unopened outer carton. Until the inbound line is closed, then filed against the outbound run.
Condition note Outer-carton entries, the read-back result and the route each item took. Filed with the inbound line; marked and dated before anything leaves quarantine.
Correspondence Email to the returns address and anything attached to an inbound record. Kept with the record it concerns for as long as that record is kept.

What is not on any of those sheets

None of the records above carries payment card details; nothing on a pick list, a label copy, a handover sheet or a condition note is a card number, and the bench does not write one down. Consignee name and address exist on the parcel face and in the order record behind it, which is why no label on this site shows them — the one printed in the drawing on the front page carries this company’s own registered office and the words standing in for a consignee.

Asking about a record

Write to returns@rabexa.store and include the outbound routing line from the parcel face if you have it, or the order reference if you do not. Those are the two things a sheet can be found by; without one of them there is a shelf of paper and no index into it. The company is RABEXA LTD, company number 17428560, registered in England and Wales, D-U-N-S 235115695, at the address in the footer below — which is the same address as the bench and the same door as the collections.

Scope of this page

This describes what this site and this office hold. It is not a restatement of legislation and does not try to be: where the law sets a period or a right, the law sets it, and nothing written here narrows it.
